Wrote my first production code while finishing a degree in applied computer security. Most of what I know about software I learned from the bugs I shipped that year. Analyst hat off, PM hat on. The job became less about getting the answer right myself and more about getting the team to the right answer together. The security degree, the dev years and the analyst years finally all show up at the same time. Шапка аналитика сменилась на шапку PM. Работа стала меньше про «самому найти правильный ответ» и больше про «привести к нему команду вместе». Диплом по безопасности, годы разработки и аналитики — всё это наконец работает одновременно.
